Divorce for Men
"Aggressive & Intelligent representation from Start to Finish"
I decided to work with men because of the biased judiciary system in California. I saw the need for men to receive better opportunities for custody and visitation. You see, having a women attorney in the courtroom along side the man allows for a much more open and less adversarial process. This can open up mediation that would not have been possible for the man alone or with another male attorney. Being represented by a woman is not as "Bullying".
I am well respected by the judges in Alameda County, because of my credibility, honesty, dependability, knowledge, concern and care about what's best for the children and everyone involved.
I have a great deal of experience in custody hearing work with child psychological evaluators along with extensive experience of examination and cross-examination of witnesses. I effectively negotiate with opposing counsel and have a high success rate in settling cases prior to trial.
I'm very familiar with divorces from filing of petition, to the completion of the trial; this means I'll be with you from start to finish.
I really know how to listen and I understand.
